Return Policy
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2002

Our Goal
We, at Roof Depot, take pride in offering superior, professional grade products delivered to you in first rate condition. With this thought in mind, we have instituted the following return policies which are designed to insure all products we deliver, even the previously sold items (returns), continue to be delivered to you per your highest expectations of appearance and condition. Please familiarize yourself with these policies. As always, we welcome your questions and comments.

  • Returns accepted on items deemed resaleable by Roof Depot. Damaged products, including damage to product packaging, will not be accepted.
  • Special order, non stock and close-out (discontinued) products are not eligible for return. Our customer service personnel will remind you of this policy at the time of order placement for your convenience.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Accounts with established credit may return items with the project address in leiu of receipt.
  • Eligible products may be returned up to 60 days from the date of purchase.
  • Job site pick-up of returns will be charged a $50.00 pick-up charge
  • Any non resaleable merchandise picked up from a job site will be subject to a $25.00 disposal fee.
