The Project Administrator is responsible for the administrative processes of purchase orders, invoices, inventory and contract documents in the Roofing, Gutters & Siding Departments. The ideal person would be a self-starter, highly organized, and who has experience multi-tasking and resolving issues with a positive attitude, solid, clear communication and collaboration.
The Project Administrator (PA) works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Clients and Vendors. The PA must be self-motivated, team-player able to work with all levels. They must have strong computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Word and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Attention to detail is paramount. Solid English verbal and written communication skills is a must, Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus.
Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug test.
