Roof Depot, LLC. is offering a solid career opportunity for a Field Construction Manager within the Residential Tract Home Division in the Greenville, South Carolina area.

The Field Construction Manager (FCM)is involved in all stages of roofing by overseeing the production process, coordinating the labor, maintaining OSHA compliance, ensuring the correct and timely supply of materials, and monitoring the quality of the products and installation in their assigned territories or subdivisions. FCM works closely with builders to establish and maintain clear and concise communication. Communicates with crews. Prepares punch -lists and performs final walk-through check list.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate will have preferably a minimum of 1-2 years of roofing and supervision experience. He/She must be well-organized and detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills and be self-motivated and dependable.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
Experience with construction/OSHA safety protocols are a plus
Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
Management experience is desirable
Must have a valid driver’s license and meet our driver eligibility requirements
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

Physical Requirements

Must be able to climb roofs of varying pitches and heights (flat to 8/12 pitch)
Must be able to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
Must be able to work outdoors in varying and extreme climate conditions
Roofing: 1 year (Preferred)
Supervising: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)
