Compensation will be commensurate with knowledge, skills and experience.

The Commercial Re-Roof Estimator will be responsible for providing detailed and accurate estimates for both new construction and re-roofing for the commercial roof sector of our business through the use of digital takeoff software to gather takeoff data needed to provide accurate estimates. You will also be responsible for carrying out the ability to conduct on site takeoffs, core cuts of the roof, and develop a recommended roofing solution for clients, based on current roof condition and lifespan.

Maintaining strong record keeping through provided resources, especially as it relates to company developed software. Secure project specific pricing from approved distribution vendors and manufacturers. Compute cost associated factors related to labor, material lead times, equipment, and site logistics. Organize technical data, product information, shop drawings, detail drawings and material samples for approval via submittals process.

The ideal candidate must be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications. This person must be a highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work independently. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations. The individual will be computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, Digital Estimating Software experience with Edge, PlanSwift or equivalent.
